Q1: How should I clean my TV screen?
A1: Please refer to page 71 in the full owners guide, which can be downloaded here. This information is not in your Basic Owners Guide that was included in your TV packaging.
Q2: I have a colored light that is constantly blinking or constantly lit on the front of my TV. What does this mean?
A2:Depending on the color of the light and whether it is blinking or continuously on, it could mean a wide range of conditions. Please refer to page 9 in the full owners guide, which can be downloaded here.
Q3: My picture looks distorted or cropped.
A3: The aspect ratio may be wrong for the image. On your remote control, press MORE and then "0" (FORMAT) to change. See page 24 in the full owners guide for detailed information on aspect ratios, which can be downloaded here.
